Moonglow

Is a herbal bath to rejuvenate and relax for everybody.

3bags filled with highest quality organic herbs:

Lavender, Thyme, Rosemary, Comfrey and Peppermint

Bring fresh water to a boil add 1 bag, reduce heat and simmer for 10 - 15min.

Prepare a comfortable warm bath for yourself and pour in the herbal infusion.

Enter the bath and relax for at least 15 min

The recipe came to me after the first presentation of Periglow in 2007 at the Midwifery Today Conference in Eugene. Many Birth professionals let me know that they wish a bath to relax and digest the birth they just supported so they can go on fresh and strong.

I went home and this recipe of the french beauty Ninon De Lenclos born in 1620, came to me.
